Justin Bieber covers The Beatles’ ‘Let It Be’ behind-the-scenes on ‘The X Factor’

During Part 2 of the "Judges' House" audition phase of "The X Factor" on Oct. 11, judge L.A. Reid enlisted the help of Canadian singing sensation Justin Bieber to help him decide which singers to choose for his "over 25" team.

What you didn't see during the broadcast on Thursday night was Bieber jamming on the piano at Reid's house, performing The Beatles' classic 1970 track "Let It Be."

With Reid nodding along beside him, the 18-year-old performed the Lennon-McCartney tune during a break in filming, and Bieber really sounds great on the track.

However, this isn't the first time we've seen the Biebs singing this particular Beatles song. He also performed it last year on "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve" in Times Square with Carlos Santana.

In addition to the "As Long As You Love Me" hitmaker appearing on "The X Factor" this week, the Canadian boy wonder also dropped his new music video for "Beauty and a Beat," featuring "American Idol" judge Nicki Minaj. (Watch the video here.)

To drum up publicity leading up to the clip's release, Bieber posted a series of tweets stating that personal items like a computer and camera belonging to him were stolen while he was performing on tour, only to later release the new video featuring the "stolen footage."

"Since I was 14 I have had a lot of things said about me, from dying, to taking hormones, to dying again, to stuff about my family," he wrote prior the clip's debut on Twitter. "To saying I had a baby with a woman I never even met. Nude pics, drugs, my family, my character...but today...today I get to be in on it. So to all of you... enjoy. Let's go for the 10 million mark!"
