Katy Perry sings ‘Beast of Burden’ with the Rolling Stones in Las Vegas

On May 11, during their “50 and Counting” tour stop at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, the Rolling Stones were joined by “Teenage Dream” queen Katy Perry for their 1978 track "Beast of Burden."

“I think dancing on Mick is something that women from all decades would love to accomplish,” the singer said after the performance. “I’m glad to accomplish it in 2013. So, that’s a check.”

She also tweeted, “Yes, I just did gyrated on Mick Jagger. WHAT?! #Stones50”

Perry isn’t the only superstar who has joined the Stones during their tour, as artists like Keith Urban and No Doubt’s Gwen Stefani have also teamed up with the legendary rock band on the road.

However, even though some fans weren’t too impressed with 28-year-old Perry sharing the stage with frontman Mick Jagger, at least she didn’t forget the lyrics to the song like Stefani did during her duet appearance on May 3.

The No Doubt lead singer was on hand to perform the tune “Wild Horses” with the band at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, but suffered a major misstep and botched the lyrics on stage.

Forgotten lyrics aside, who do you think had the better duet with the Stones? Our vote goes to Perry, as she seemed more confident next to Jagger and looked like she had more fun strutting around like a “Peacock” on stage.
