Six-word review of Chris Brown’s album ‘Fortune’ goes viral

Even after debuting at No. 1, R&B star Chris Brown's new album "Fortune" was subjected to some unfavourable reviews, but none as concise as Chad Taylor's, a writer for Iowa's independent weekly CityView, who had only six words to say about album.

Taylor, who received the record for free and wrote on Twitter that the album "wasn't worth the price," summed up his feelings about the singer's album concisely: "Chris Brown hits women. Enough said."

It looks like not everyone has been as forgiving as Rihanna when it comes to the assault she was subjected to by Brown back in 2009 and as it turns out, Taylor is not alone.

Since the review's posting, fans of Taylor have been leaving comments for the writer applauding him for his pithy evaluation of Brown's work, writing messages like, "A huge thanks to this reviewer for his amazing review of Chris Brown's new album."

Other tweets includes ones such as, "Best Chris Brown review to date. Thank you for being awesome @ChadTaylor, for @dmcityview! #domesticviolence" and, "The Only Chris Brown Album Review You Need To Read - Round of applause for Chad Taylor, a writer for [Iowa] local paper CityView, for this succinct write-up."

Taylor isn't the only one who feels this way about the artist, as some major celebrities have also come out as sharing his view on Brown and the horrific events that occurred in 2009, when Brown inflicted horrific injuries on Rihanna, choked and threatened to kill her.

Adam Levine, "The Voice" judge and Maroon 5 frontman, also shares in the detest for Brown and has been said to reject contestants if they audition with one of the "Forever" singer's tunes.

Country sensation Miranda Lambert has also come out against Brown and even stated her case during one of her concerts, saying, "I just have to speak my mind, because where I come from, beating up on a woman is never OK ... So that's why my daddy taught me early on in life how to use a shotgun."
