When La Face Records artist Pink recently stopped by the LAUNCH chat room, questions quickly piled in. But the spunky, 20-year-old R&B singer was ready for the challenge. Her quick-witted responses were met with delight by many LAUNCH chatters. She told her male admirers that they'd need to get approval from her dad if they wanted to take her out on a date. (This wouldn't apply to her Hollywood crush, however.) She even told the girls what type of hair dye to use to get that famous hot pink 'do. Now, if you've seen the video for "There U Go," you're probably wondering if Pink really rides a motorcycle, skateboards, or was inspired to write the song by a real-life subject. launch_pink: Hopefully soon. The second single's gonna be even better than the first. The album will be out April 4th.

launch_pink: My name was Pink way before my hair was pink. Staryz: how are you feelin' today?

launch_pink: No, I would say people give me more respect. Once they hear me.

sukcatash: did you really ride the motor cycle in the video?

launch_pink: Yes. I skated for about four years and I loved it too. I think everybody should do everything, no matter what you are.

launch_pink: My friends nicknamed me that 'cause I've always been the only girl. And other reasons.

LyndseyLaunch: how do get your hair so pink--what kind of dye do you use and how often do you have to re-dye it? My experience with Manic Panic was that the dyes faded really fast and rubbed off on everything my hair touched.

launch_pink: I bleach the crap out of it, and then I put in Fudge 'cause it works better. And I do it once a week, and it DOES get all over everything.

launch_pink: I like attention, good and bad.

launch_pink: No, nothing's changed. I'm very close with my dad. And my advice would be don't let people tell you you can't do something. Prove people wrong. MBM: how would I not check my mail every day if I write everybody back? I travel with a laptop.
