Prince Paul Recruits Chris Rock, Keith Murray, Guru & Others For New Parody Set

(3/29/03, 7 a.m. ET) -- Producer Prince Paul, a member of the pioneering hip-hop group Stetsasonic, will release a new album, Politics Of The Business, on May 6. The set is a conscious parody of the current state of hip-hop. Paul told Rolling Stone, "It's fast food music. What everybody would least expect me to do is what everybody else does."

The set features guest appearances by Erick Sermon, Masta Ace, the Beatnuts, Tony Touch, Mally G, Trugoy of De La Soul, Kokane, Planet Asia, Black Ice, Tre Hardson, Fatlip, MF Doom, Keith Murray, Guru, DJ Premier, Chris Rock, Dave Chappelle, Jean Grae, Chubb Rock, Wordsworth, Chuck D, and Ice-T.
