(5/7/03, 1 p.m. ET) -- Biggie & Tupac filmmaker Nick Broomfield is urging the public to contact the Los Angeles Police Department's Police Chief William Bratton to demand more investigation into links between the unsolved murders of rap greats Notorious B.I.G. and Tupac Shakur--the subjects of his documentary.
Broomfield said, "I hope that people will actually contact the Police Chief in L.A., William Bratton, and actually contact him online. You can get the lapdonline.org and ask him what he's doing about the murder. Try and shame him into actually doing something about it."
The documentary Biggie & Tupac features interviews with witnesses to the killings. It hit stores on April 29.
Broomfield will discuss the film when he appears on Late Night With Carson Daly on Thursday (May 9).
