(10/24/97) - Not content to monopolize the hip-hop airwaves with his Notorious B.I.G., Mariah
Carey and Sting collaborations, Sean "Puffy" Combs is now venturing into the rock arena. Looking a way to establish instant cred among rock fans, Puff Daddy has enlisted the talents of Foo
Fighter Dave Grohl, former Replacement Tommy Stinson (along with other members of Stinson's new band, Perfect) and White
Zombie 's Rob Zombie for a rock remix of his hip-hop hit "It's All About The Benjamins." The remix was recorded last month, and this weekend renowned video director Spike Jonze will shoot the song's video in L.A. "Spike Jonze is directing the video, it's a concept I have. It's gonna be my first rock video, I think Dave Grohl is in it, I don't know, you know how these rock n' roll guys are, we'll see if he shows up on the set," Puffy jokingly remarked to MTV News. Actually, Grohl, Stinson and Zombie are scheduled to appear in the clip.
