(8/17/00, 6 p.m. ET) - Don't be surprised next week to hear about a collaboration between Foo Fighters and Queens Of The Stone Age. During an OzzFest online chat, Queens singer Josh Homme told the audience there would be some interplay between the two bands in the U.K.
Homme said, "We were supposed to have toured with them in October. I'm not sure if it's still going to happen. We are going to play a show with them in London in about a week, so I'm sure something will happen--as well we're going to record a track on the BBC with some of the Foo Fighters guys."
Foo frontman Dave Grohl has called Queens Of The Stoneage one of his favorite bands in several interviews. The Foo Fighters start their European trek Saturday (August 19) in Weeze, Germany, at the Bizarre Festival.
