(4/10/03, 10 a.m. ET) -- Korn's Jonathan Davis said that the band's drummer David Silveria is in the studio laying down drum tracks for the follow-up to Untouchables.
Davis said during an online chat with fans at the Korn.com website: "We wanted to get back into the studio to do the album we wanted to do. Untouchables was great, but it was time for us to do a heavy groove album."
When asked if he saw his guitarist Brian "Head" Welch play with Limp Bizkit on March 30's Pay-Per-View Wrestlemania event, Davis replied, "I saw it. It was [c]ool (sic). Head wanted to do something different, so he helped Bizkit out. It was all good."
Korn hopes to have the new, still-untitled, album out later this year.
