Deftones, Box Car Racer, N.E.R.D., Contribute Tracks To 'SX Superstar'

(4/23/03, 6 p.m. ET) -- Deftones, Box Car Racer, and N.E.R.D. have contributed songs to the soundtrack to the video game SX Superstar. The sports-and-lifestyle game hits stores this summer, and the game action is backed up by the Deftones' "My Own Summer," Box Car Racer's "I Feel So," and N.E.R.D.'s "Rockstar." The game will be available for XBox, PlayStation2, and Nintendo GameCube.

Other tracks on the forthcoming SX Superstar video game include "High" by Jimmie's Chicken Shack, "Genius" and "Microwaved" by Pitchshifter, "Cold Rock The Mic" by Apollo Four Forty, "Take You Away" by Orange 9mm, "Something Bad Is Gonna Happen" by Fenix TX, "Justified Black Eye" by No Use For A Name, and "Rip It Up" by 28 Days.
