(5/26/98) - Harry Connick, Jr. told his audience during a recent gig that he hates male models--but his wife, Victoria's Secret supermodel Jill Goodacre, is always introducing him to more.

It turns out Harry had dabbled in the world of male modeling himself but didn't have much success. He jokingly confessed some leftover resentment of the industry. "At the VH1 Awards I met [male model] Mark Vanderloo and I was really hoping not to like him," saidConnick, admitting he gave Vanderloo "a little attitude." Despite the cold shoulder, Vanderloo wound up winning Connick over.
