Talib Kweli To Perform At Xzibit's Rhyme Night

Talib Kweli, Sly Boogie, and Strong Arm Steady are slated to perform at Xzibit's next "Rhyme Night" talent showcase on April 17 at the Key Club in West Hollywood, California.

Xzibit said in a released statement, "Sly Boogie and Strong Arm are two of the biggest new acts on the West. 'Rhyme Night' is focusing the spotlight on these particular artists because we want to build their fan bases. They definitely have a lot of buzz in the streets and we want to let the fans come out and enjoy their live performance."

In related news, Talib Kweli is currently working on a new album, The Beautiful Struggle, which will be released this summer. The set will feature the production of Hi-Tek, Midi Mafia, and Kanye West with guest appearances by Common, Killer Mike, Mary J. Blige, and Faith Evans.
