(10/1/02, 3 p.m. ET) -- Xzibit's fourth album, Man Vs. Machine, came out on Tuesday (October 1). Dr. Dre--who executive produced the rapper's last set, 2000's platinum-certified Restless--reprised the role for the new project, which also includes guest appearances from Snoop Dogg, Ras Kass, Saafir, Eminem, Nate Dogg, Anthony Hamilton, and M.O.P.
One person who does not appear on the new album is Busta Rhymes, but he has teamed up with Xzibit for a remix of its lead single, "Multiply." The original version of the song features Nate Dogg and is Number 43 on the Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles & Tracks chart.
In related news, Xzibit is currently working on the Golden State Project with fellow rappers Ras Kass and Saafir. The album will be released on Xzibit's Open Bar Entertainment label.
