(9/10/03, 12 p.m. ET) -- Goth-punk rockers A.F.I. is hitting the road again in support of its current album, Sing The Sorrow, and its new single, "The Leaving Song Part II." Guitarist Jade Puget told LAUNCH that he never had any ambitions for the song before playing it for singer Davey Havok.

"I wrote that song and never thought it would be an A.F.I. song," Puget said. "And then I played it for Dave one day and he came up with that melody which was really cool, and we just started jamming on it. And we both really liked it. And then we just ended up going to Dexter from the Offspring's studio and recording it a long time ago. And we all knew, kind of, this is a really good song and we should just put it on the album just like it is."
