Swedish DJ Eric Prydz rebounded to the
top of the UK pop charts Sunday, bouncing heart-throb Robbie Williams down to number three.
Prydz's "Call on Me" regained its hold on the number one
spot after a brief battle with Williams's newest single
"Radio," according to the Official UK Charts Company.
The Swede's remix of the melody from Steve Winwood 's 1982
hit "Valerie" has been tipped by some critics to become the
dance track of the year.
Debuting at number two was "I Believe My Heart," a duet by
Duncan James of boy band Blue fame and classical singer Keedie,
penned by composer Andrew Lloyd Weber for his latest West End
musical "The Woman in White."
Holding firm in the fourth spot was U.S. rapper Khia with
"My Neck My Back (Lick It)," while former S Club singer Rachel Stevens fell two places to number five with "More More More."
Deep Dish's "Flashdance" held onto the sixth spot in its
third week on the charts, while slipping into seventh place was
"Come Get Some" by funk rockers Rooster.
Thrashing it out at the bottom of the top 10 were new
entries by British legends Cliff Richard and Morrissey.
The ex-Smiths frontman entered the charts at number eight
with "Let Me Kiss You," the third single to be released from
his platinum-selling album "You Are the Quarry."
Meanwhile, Richard debuted in ninth place with "Something's
Goin' On," the title track from the Peter Pan of Pop's first
studio album in more than three years.
Falling two spots to tenth place was dance act Angel City
with "Do You Know (I Go Crazy)."
