The Game Is 'Waist Deep' Into New Movie Project

The Game is one of the costars of Rogue Pictures' new action thriller, Waist Deep, which also stars Tyrese, Larenz Tate, and Meagan Good. Sixshot.com reports that the film, which is already in production, is being executive produced by Preston Holmes, Ted Field, Russell Simmons, and Stan Lathan. Vondie Curtis Hall (Redemption, Gridlock'd) is directing the project.

The film follows an ex-con O2 (Tyrese) as he struggles to put his life back together but is forced to return to the underworld when a vicious criminal leader (the Game) kidnaps his son.

Rogue Pictures president David Linde said, "Waist Deep perfectly fits Rogue's mandate of filmmaker and actor-driven genre product that has mainstream appeal -- in this movie, a blast of urban action with a sexy 21st-century Bonnie and Clyde. We're excited to be working with Vondie and these actors, and with a great group of producers."
