Jay-Z to play concert on eve of Obama inauguration

Jay-Z isn't performing at President-elect Barack Obama's inauguration, but he is planning to make a big splash on the eve of the event. The rapper, one of Obama's biggest celebrity boosters, has announced that he's playing a concert in Washington on Jan. 19, the day before Obama officially drops "elect" from his title.
