All the remaining dates on Bloc Party's current U.S. tour have been pulled after drummer Matt Tong suffered a collapsed lung.
The group cancelled a number of their support shows with Panic! At The Disco last week, when Tong was diagnosed with the injury.
However, it has now been confirmed that the rest of the tour, which runs through November and into the early part of December, is also off.
Speaking about the decision this morning, singer Kele Okereke commented: "We would like to apologize to all of our fans here who won't be able to see us on this tour. We were looking forward to playing in a number of American cities that we've never been to before; however, Matt's health is our number one priority right now."
Bloc Party are scheduled to release their sophomorealbum, A Weekend In The City, in February 2007.
