After posting one of the
highest-grossing concert tours of 2006, Nashville couple Tim McGraw and Faith Hill plan to head back out on the road this
summer.
The husband and wife country stars expect to launch their
"Soul2Soul 2007" tour in June and wrap up in August. Details
like dates and venues have not been decided, their publicist
said on Monday.
McGraw already is set to release his next album, "Let It
Go," in March, featuring a pair of duets with his wife.
The couple ranked as the highest-grossing country music act
on tour in 2006, raking in nearly $89 million from 73 shows.
Theirs was also the No. 3 North American tour overall, behind
the Rolling Stones at No. 1 with $138.5 in ticket sales and
second-place Barbra Streisand with $92.5 million.
According to concert trade publication Pollstar, the
McGraw-Hill concerts last year now rank as the 12th
highest-grossing U.S. music tour of all time.
