Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman may be selling their Nashville home, but they're not moving far.
The couple has purchased land in Music City in order to build a farm, Urban's rep, Paul Freundlich, said.
"They've found land within Nashville, and they're very excited about moving into their new place," Freundlich told the Tennessean.
Kidman, 40, recently told Vanity Fair the couple was interested in acquiring property so that they would have plenty of space for horses—as well as room for a new addition to the family, should one come along.
"I'm yearning to have [a baby]," the Oscar winner told the magazine. "Keith knows I want one, and he has been getting there slowly."
With their sights set on their new digs, the twosome has put the 7,000-square-foot home Urban purchased for $1.7 million in 2005 on the market for $2.45 million.
The home, located within a gated community in the Green Hills neighborhood of Nashville, features four bedrooms, five baths, a pool, a gym and a spa. Urban's fellow country crooner LeAnn Rimes lives close by.
In other Kidman news, the actress made her modeling debut Thursday at London's Fashion Week, starring in a 10-minute film made by Antoni & Alison to celebrate the label's 20th anniversary.
The short, which features the statuesque Kidman showing off the designers' spring collection, took the place of the duo's runway show.
