Although containing the band's biggest hit, "Been Caught Stealing," and featuring Farrell's best Santeria-inspired cover art, the album suffers from a rambling, faux-psychedelic second half--too much unreined Farrell pomposity. An alternate cover was produced for this album, containing only the text of the First Amendment, for retailers squeamish of the original artwork (a papier-mache, anatomically correct Farrell and two women nude in bed).
