Results May Vary

No, Fred, the results don't vary. The results are consistent throughout your new album--consistently crappy. Now, I know you lost guitarist Wes Borland and had to audition hundreds of players to take his place. I've read that you recorded this album several times, scrapping it because it wasn't coming out so good. I suppose at some point realizing that you could be remembered as a less successful Axl Rose you relented and agreed to put this out as proof that you've been up to something. But, really, what did Pete Townshend ever do to you that you should "perform" "Behind Blue Eyes" in this way? Working the name of your band into the chorus is only a further guarantee that CD buyers will better know which band to avoid when shopping for something new. I know it's not your way Fred, but you might want to consider the low-key approach next time. If you think it sucks being you, as these songs seem to in too many words say, imagine what it's like having to listen to you.
