So much better than the American version (which featured incidental music from the film, a pale successor to A Hard Day's Night, but gave the Monkees their visual method). The Dylan influence is really making a mark here (witness: "You've Got To Hide Your Love Away," right down to Lennon's vocal inflections), and the inclusion of "Yesterday" (still the most covered pop song of all time) led some of the older rock hating singers (like Sinatra) to decide maybe these moptops weren't so bad after all.
