Hey, is this an unreleased Flamin' Groovies LP or what? More covers than originals, it was their first British album--and remember, singles were still more popular at this time than long-players. Thus, the highlights here are the "hits"--"I Saw Her Standing There," "Love Me Do" and the title track. Released several years later in the U.S. as The Early Beatles, though released at the time in America by some small indie labels when Capitol showed virtually no initial interest in the Fab Four.
