Best of Wayne Newton Now is a ten-track budget-priced collection that features re-recordings of some of his biggest hits, including "U.S. Male," "Danke Schoen, " "Daddy Don't You Walk So Fast, " "She's My Saturday Night Special" and "Red Roses for a Blue Lady."
