Greatest Country Hits is a 12-track budget-priced collection featuring some of Nat King Cole's interpretations of country songs like "Your Cheatin' Heart," "He'll Have to Go," "Wolverton Mountain," "Goodnight Irene," "One Has My Name, the Other Has My Heart" and "Ramblin' Rose." Although this isn't a bad budget-priced disc, there are better collections available, offering more songs, more hits and better sound for not much more money. ~ Stephen Thomas Erlewine, All Music Guide
