Upon its initial 1991 release, Blue Light, Red Light was issued as a limited-edition package with the live video Swinging Out Live. As a collector's piece, it's not particularly valuable, since both of the items are available separately, but it's not a bad way for a fan who owns neither item to pick up both pieces. ~ Stephen Thomas Erlewine, All Music Guide
