Good Lovin' Review
07/13/2005 6:23 AM, AMG
The Young Rascals' Good Lovin' isn't a hits collection; it is a brief and very entertaining dash through some of the group's most rocking ("Love Is a Beautiful Thing," "You Better Run," "Good Lovin'") and most soulful ("I Ain't Gonna Eat Out My Heart Anymore," "I've Been Lonely Too Long," "Baby Let's Wait") moments from their early peak years of 1966 and 1967. There is no "Groovin'," which is a minus for sure, but if you are looking for a disc that presents the Rascals at their most exciting, you could do worse. ~ Tim Sendra, All Music Guide
