Does Drake Take a Jab at Jay Z on 'Draft Day'?

There's a line on Drake's new release, "Draft Day," that some fans are interpreting as a dig at Jay Z. On the song, which samples part of the harmonic chorus from Lauryn Hill's 1998 solo debut "Doo-Wop (That Thing)," Drake raps: "Just hits no misses/That's for the married folks."

The line definitely seems like a diss to the "Holy Grail" MC. Since married man Jay Z recenty slammed Drake in a verse on Jay Electronica's "We Made It" remix, this apparently retaliatory new lyric is sparking considerable buzz.

Last month, after Drake called Jay Z's raps about art "corny," Jay Z responded in "We Made It": "Sorry Mrs. Drizzy for so much I talk/Silly me rapping about sh-t that I really bought/While these other rappers rap about guns they ain't shot/And a bunch of other silly sh-t they ain't got."

In a feature story in Rolling Stone in January, Drake complained that the Roc Nation executive's raps about his art collection were beginning to lose their appeal. "It's like Hov can't drop bars these days without at least four art references," Drake told the magazine. "I would love to collect [art] at some point, but I think the whole rap/art world thing is getting kind of corny."

Clearly, Jay took Drake's comments personally.
