Carrie Underwood tears up seeing two fans get engaged at her show

Carrie Underwood got to be a part of a special moment in a couple's life.

During her "Blown Away Tour" concert stop at the Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, N.J. on Nov . 9, the singer witnessed a marriage proposal in progress and began to cry as soon as she saw it happening.

"Everyone look right there right now," the 29-year-old said to the audience in the middle of her ballad "Do You Think About Me" from her latest album "Blown Away."

"Say yes, say yes," she said to the two concertgoers, "Congratulations! How do I follow that?"

Taking to Twitter, Underwood commented on the moment post-show adding onto a fan's statement, writing, "'@behlingflyhigh: That awe moment when someone proposes at a @carrieunderwood concert an says yes(:' Caught me off guard...and I cried! :)"

In addition to the happy occasion between the two fans, the "Good Girl" hitmaker also decided to make a proposal of her own during the show and pledged that she would donate all of the proceeds from the Garden State concert to Hurricane Sandy relief efforts.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Underwood began her statement, saying, "We're so glad to be here, and even more glad to be here this evening."

She also said, "You know, after something like this, you wonder whether the show should go on. We thought, this building was still here, so it must be here for a reason…I wouldn't feel right making any money off of tonight's show."

Over the course of her "Blown Away Tour," Underwood has also been committed to donating $1 from every ticket purchased during the North American leg of her tour to the Red Cross.
