Did Justin Bieber refuse to listen to “Selena music” during a photo shoot?

On June 28, TMZ obtained what was deemed a copy of Justin Bieber’s photo shoot list of demands. The list reportedly included items like a large pack of Swedish Fish, Ritz Bits Peanut Butter Sandwiches, Ritz Bitz Cheese Sandwiches -- oh, and a stipulation that there be “No Selena [Gomez] Music on set.”

However, while we were left pondering if the Canadian singer is or is not a fan of “Come and Get It,” E! News confirmed through Bieber's reps on June 29 that the rider is indeed a fake. (Phew!)

The 19-year-old pop artist is currently on his “Believe Tour.” When asked for comment on the subject of new music, Bieber’s manager Scooter Braun told MTV News that the superstar’s next album will be delivered differently.

"So we're hoping the witch hunt [is] gonna end when he really just speaks for himself in the music," he said. "And we're gonna do it in a way that's very, very unique, so when you see 'Heartbreaker,' know it's coming directly from him and don't think [of] the normal 'Oh, this is my single and this is going to be on the album' [rollout], realize there's gonna be a very unique way of how this music is going to be released unlike we've seen before from him."

Braun also teased that “people and fans should be very excited for the end of this year” and judging by the manager’s latest Instagram post, the two seem closer than ever.

“@justinbieber is #family and I am proud of him,” Braun wrote, captioning a picture of himself and Bieber. “He is growing and pushing himself as a young man and doing it with the world watching. And what he wants is to be good. To be great. And to mean something positive to the world despite the obstacles or the pressures."

He continued, "His heart is pure and I will be right there with him like I promised him 6 years ago. It is all love :) How we react to adversity is what defines us as men. proud of u jb. Great talk. Thank u. Love u man!”

This note comes after Bieber posted a video of himself and his manager hugging and lip-synching Whitney Houston’s tune “I Will Always Love You,” which seemed like a response to rumours that Braun wanted to send the singer to rehab.
