Justin Bieber shares a special moment with his ‘biggest fan’

Although he’s been in the press a lot lately for his mistakes and an alleged new girlfriend, some things never change about Justin Bieber -- like the love he has for fans.

On June 23, the Canadian singer posted a photo on Twitter of himself getting a kiss from a 10-year-old Belieber named Marisa.

According to MTV’s Buzzworthy Blog, Bieber met Marisa before his “Believe Tour” concert stop in San Diego at the Valley View Casino Center. Marisa describes herself as “one of his biggest fans” and has been diagnosed with Down syndrome.

The beautiful young Belieber is also a kidney transplant patient, and as Fox 5 San Diego reports, she was able to meet the 19-year-old singer with the help of Magic 92.5 morning show hosts Jagger and Kristi.

“She’s had over 35 surgeries,” Marisa’s mother Adele told Fox 5. “During that time, we’d put the movie in, ‘Never Say Never,’ and she’ll perk up, she’ll feel better and she recovers faster … During the movie, [Bieber] reaches down and touches the kids’ hands and she’s always wanted to touch his hand. So, that’s what we’ve been trying to get her to do for the last two years is to touch his hand.”

Marisa got to do more than touch the singer’s hand (see the adorable kiss above). After the meeting, she and her mother called into Magic 92.5 to talk about the experience.

“She was so excited,” Adele said. “We walked in there and he was standing there and he put his hand out to have her come closer to him and she turned around and had this huge smile on her face. She walked up and grabbed his hand and then she was like, ‘Okay, I’m done,’ and she started to walk away and he grabbed her shoulder and said, ‘No, come back!’”

Adele then explained that Bieber told Marisa during the meet and greet that she could kiss his cheek and after the event, she showed her daughter the pictures and she was very happy.

Marisa has more surgeries to go through this summer and we wish her the very best.
