Today, Canadian boy wonder Justin Bieber celebrates the release of his new album “Believe Acoustic.”
However, the pop star has landed himself in some hot water with his fans after failing to show up at a Miami event before his concert at the American Airlines Arena on Jan. 27.

According to Entertainmentwise, the 18-year-old singer was planning on filming a portion of his “Believe” concert movie before hitting the stage for his show, but backed out saying that he was “ill” after his fans had already shown up.
Celebrity gossip blogger Perez Hilton reports that one fan’s father spoke on behalf of his daughter, saying, “I'm enraged! She spent the whole day being used under false pretences. She should have at least been given complimentary tickets."
Another fan said: “His 'people' treated the audience like cattle, herding them outside using excuses such as 'he was out late last night,' which is extremely inappropriate to say to children.”

Although he missed out on seeing his fans during the taping, Bieber did manage to meet a few while in Miami and got a little too hands-on with one Belieber in particular.
The “Beauty and a Beat” hitmaker looked like he pulled a Diana Ross when he posed for a picture with his hand near the breast of the fan while giving her a kiss on the cheek during a photo op.
E! News has discovered that the fan’s name is Jocelyn and judging by her Twitter updates, reports that the photo may be deceiving.
“Let me clear this up for people who can't read,” she tweeted. “NO I did NOT ask Justin to touch my boobs… I whispered that it was my 2nd time sneaking in & he kissed me on the cheek in the picture & it looks like his hand is there.”

A picture also exists of Jocelyn whispering in the singer’s ear and between the two photos, has likely become the envy of Beliebers around the world for being so close to the superstar.
