Mariah Carey performs “All I Want For Christmas Is You” with Jimmy Fallon and The Roots

Just in time for the holidays, Christmas song queen Mariah Carey stopped by "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon's" backstage "Music Room" to join the late night television show host and The Roots for a special performance of her No.1 seasonal ditty, "All I Want For Christmas Is You."

Uploaded roughly 12 hours ago, the video has gone on to earn upwards of 88,000 views and takes the 1994 track to a new level by featuring The Roots playing elementary school classroom instruments and having a few children sing along.

"Mariah rocks this video!!! Live singing at its best!!! " one viewer commented. "Thank you for this Jimmy Fallon and Merry Christmas!!!"

Instruments used to rock out to Carey's classic tune in the video include Fallon on the wood block, tambourine, bass drum and kazoo with The Roots band members Questlove on the wooden clacker with afro pick and Mark Kelley on a Fisher Price xylophone.

In addition, Kamal Gray plays the recorder, James Poyser is on the melodica, Captain Kirk plays a ukulele, Tuba Gooding Jr. is on the kazoo, Frank Knuckles plays the bongos and Black Thought is shaking the sleigh bells.
