By posting pictures of herself wearing only a bra and underwear on a new webpage (launched yesterday) via her LittleMonsters.com site called "A Body Revolution 2013," Mother Monster hopes to "inspire bravery and BREED some m$therf*cking COMPASSION."

On the site, the 26-year-old reveals that she has suffered from bulimia and anorexia since the age of 15 and highlights strong messages of acceptance that echo from her Born This Way Foundation.

"My mother and I created the BORN THIS WAY FOUNDATION for one reason: 'to inspire bravery,'" she writes on the site. "This profile is an extension of that dream. Be brave and celebrate with us your 'perceived flaws,' as society tells us. May we make our flaws famous, and thus redefine the heinous."

Adding in a separate post, she wrote, "Now that the body revolution has begun, be brave and post a photo of you that celebrates your triumph over insecurities."

After being encouraged and inspired by the "Bad Romance" hitmaker to show off their "flaws," fans began uploading pictures of themselves and notes of strength.

"I've suffered depression about my weight," one fan, who posted a photo of herself in her underwear, wrote on the site. "Thank you so much Gaga for making me brave & happy about myself. I love you!"

"I've been cutting since I was in year 4, it stopped for a while and started again in high school, along with my ED," another fan wrote posting a picture of his or her forearms. "My scabs have finally turned to scars, and I plan to keep it that way. Paws up!"

In response to the flood of posts the website has received, Gaga addressed her fans in a note titled "Your Bravery," writing:

"I have been startled and overwhelmed with pride and emotion the past few days. Gratitude mostly. Seeing you post photos of things on your bodies and in your minds that you feel society tells you you should be ashamed of. You are showing them you have no shame. You are brave, strong, and accepting not only of yourself, but of others through your experiences. You are proud to be born this way, and brave in your vulnerability with this community. Watching you all create a safe space online for people to be compassionate is the greatest gift you could ever give me. My weight/loss/gain since I was child has tormented me. No amount of help has ever healed my pain about it. But YOU have."

Adding how she feels in her own skin, writing, "My boyfriend prefers me curvier, when I eat and am healthy and not so worried about my looks, I'm happy. Happier [than] I've ever been. I am not going to go on a psycho-spree because of scrutiny. This is who I am. And I am proud at any size. And I love you, and want you to be proud in any form you may take as well. Please don't look for kindness in critics, go where you know the gold is. Here, in out hearts. Love, Gaga."

By joining LittleMonsters.com, you too can share your photos and stories about how you are embracing your "flaws" and stand with Gaga in her "Body Revolution 2013."
